We offer 1-2 week processing on all visas, some visas can be processed faster for an additional rush fee. Our appointment system will collect our Company Processing fee of $599 and your Government/Consular Fee (varies by country). Return Shipping fees are not included in your fees. Once you have scheduled an appointment, you must gather all the below documents for your appointment. Scan and email to tshea@passportworld.com.
- Your valid Passport ID Page.
- A digital Passport Photo.
- One (1) Kenya Visa Application must be completely filled out printed and signed.
- Business Card (if applying for a Business Visa).
- Copy of your round trip tickets or itinerary showing all flights from the U.S. to Kenya and back to the U.S are required.
Once your documents are received in our office we will submit your application to the Kenya Government. Once completed, your visa will be emailed to as an attachment. This attachment will be your "Visa Approval Letter". You must print two (2) color copies of your approval letter. One should be kept with your passport and the other should be placed inside your luggage as a backup in case the first one gets lost or damaged. Kenya E-Visas are issued as single entry visas and can have validities that range from 30 days to 90 days. Entries allowed and your validity term is assigned by the Kenyan Government and not PassportWorld.
