Step 1 – Order Your Passport

Your first step is to order your passport with PassportWorld. Click here to begin: https://booking.cojilio.com/passportworld.
Once you place your order, our booking system (Cojilio) will send you a Text and Email with your electronic Passport Application. We highly recommend you complete your electronic passport application with your mobile device and not your desktop. The questions are directly from the DOS passport application. It will ask you personal questions regarding your parents, place of birth, date of birth, as well as ask for document uploads. You must answer all questions thoroughly to not cause further delays in your passport process. Please complete the electronic passport application immediately upon receiving it.

Once you complete/submit your electronic passport application a virtual agent from our company will review it and begin working on your passport documents. We will finish all passport documents withing 24 hours of receiving your completed electronic passport application. If an in person appointment is required you will be notified. This is standard for anyone applying for a first time passport (DS-11). All of our passport office locations are virtual offices, and do not assist clients in person.
