OUR COMPANY PROCESSING FEES ARE THE FOLLOWING:

3-5 DAY Service, $799.00 + Government Fees (see Step 1). You must review Step 3 before booking.

6-8 Week ADULT RENEWALS ONLY, $599.00 + Government Fees (see Step 1)

10-12 Week Service, $199.00 + Government Fees (see Step 1)

Before scheduling your appointment, PLEASE REVIEW STEPS 1 - 4 IN THE GRAY SECTIONS BELOW. Steps 1 to 4 will show you a breakdown of your government fees, provide a list of required documents needed for your appointment, and walk you through your summary of services. For our 3-5 DAYS service, please review STEP 3 before booking to view current availability. This speed is restricted to ONE client per day! Our 6-8 week Service is only for Adult Renewals. Passports for minors or Passports issued to a minor do not qualify for renewal. Passport must be expired for less than 5 years and be in your possession to renew.

Expedited Government Fees:

Your government fee is in ADDITION to our company processing fees (which are paid during appointment scheduling). Our company processing fees are mentioned above in the YELLOW section.

For Adults (16 or older): The Department of State REQUIRES a check or money order for your government fee. The amount varies depending on the type of Passport you are ordering.  A Passport Book (used for all international travel - most commonly ordered) is $187.56. For a Passport Card (used for land border crossings in Mexico and Canada or Domestic Travel , not a popular option) will be $90. For the Passport Book and Passport Card it will be $217.56. Please ensure that your check is made payable to: “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE”. No other variation will be acceptable. Your check memo must state the applicants “FULL LEGAL name and Date Of Birth”.
For Minors (15 or younger): The Department of State REQUIRES a check or money order for your government fee. The amount varies depending on the type of Passport you are ordering.  A Passport Book (used for all international travel - most commonly ordered) is $157.56. For a Passport Card (used for land border crossings in Mexico and Canada or Domestic Travel , not a popular option) will be $75. For the Passport Book and Passport Card it will be $172.56.  Please ensure that your check is made payable to: “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE”. No other variation will be acceptable. Your check memo must state the applicants “FULL LEGAL name and Date Of Birth”.

Adult renewals have the option of purchasing a cashier check in our office for their passport. New Passports for Adults and Minors will have to supply their own.

New or Lost/Stolen Passports:
-Certified U.S. Birth Certificate with County Embossed Seal (can also be a Naturalization Certificate or U.S. Birth Abroad Certificate).
-Previous Passport Book and Card if applicable.
-Social Security Number (card not needed).
-Valid State ID for parent(s) if applicant is a Minor (16 and older only need one parent, child does not need to be present)
-Valid State ID for anyone applying for a Passport over the age of 18.
-New Passport Picture (age 5 and older can take them in our office for $20).
-Personal Check or Money Order for your Government Fees (see Step 1 for amount).
-Proof of Travel (Flight Itinerary) if applying for 3-5 day service showing travel within 14 business days.
-For minors 15 and younger applying with one parent, a DS-3053 consent form will be required or a court order stating passport authority (16 and older do not require this).
-For minors 15 and younger with one deceased parent - a certified/original Death certificate
-For adults applicants - Know recent spouse information (full name, date of birth, marriage date, place of birth).
-For adults applicants - Know recent divorce/widow date.
-Please visit our FAQs page if you have questions on who must be present during your appointment in our office. Remember all first time applicants will have a second step which is explained under Step 4.

Renewals (ADULTS ONLY):
-Your most recently issued Passport(s) - must be expired for less than 5 years and issued with a validity of 10 years.
-Social Security Number (card not needed).
-Valid State ID for applicant.
-New Passport Picture (can be taken in our office for $20).
-Personal Check or Money Order for your Government Fee (see Step 1).
-Proof of Travel (Itinerary) if applying for 3-5 day service showing travel within 14 business days.
-Proof of Certified Name Change (If you are changing your legal name on your current passport due to Marriage, Divorce or Court Order).
-Please visit our FAQs page if you have questions on who must be present during your appointment.

If you arrive to your appointment without the above required documents your appointment will be cancelled.

Our 3-5 day processing option is limited by reservation only. We are only able to submit One (1) passport a day. Due to the constraints of this service we have created a log that shows you when the NEXT OPENING is set up for. Please DO NOT schedule a 3-5 day slot until you have reviewed that the next open slot serves your traveling need.

How does this work? Once you have scheduled an appointment with our office, your name will be automatically assigned to a submission date on our log below. Your assigned date is when your passport will be submitted to the Department of State. Once your passport has been submitted and is "In Process", your status below will change. Please allow 3-5 business days for your passport to process from this date. When your passport is finished your name will be removed off the list. Please note: Your appointment date with our office must be before your assigned date below. All documents and forms must be in our hands before your assigned date. Summary of Services for our Woodlands & Frisco Clients:

For first time passports: You will visit our office*, submit required documents, and leave with a completed packet to turn into a Post Office (required by law). This appointment is usually scheduled within 1 to 5 days of you visiting our office. At this facility an agent will charge you $35. If you selected 10 weeks your documents will stay with the agent and they will send it directly to the Department of State. It is then received within a week and processed. If you selected 3-5 day processing, the agent will return your packet sealed to you. You must return this sealed packet to us for processing immediately. Packets over 2 days old will not be accepted. We will submit to D.O.S. and you will pickup from our office once finished. Processing times can increase or decrease at a moments notice as it is controlled by the Department of State and not PassportWorld. *If children already have passport pictures they do not need to be present in our office. They will however need to be present at the Post Office. Please visit our FAQs page if you have questions additional questions on passport services.

For renewals (ADULTS ONLY): You will visit our office and submit required documents. If you selected 10 weeks we will send your documents to the Department of State. It takes a few days for the Department of State to receive your documents from this visit. Once received, your processing time begins. If you selected 3-5 days we will submit directly to D.O.S. and you will pickup from our office once finished. Processing times can increase or decrease at a moments notice as it is controlled by the Department of State and not PassportWorld. Summary of Services for all VIRTUAL clients in All States (Except Texas):
Our appointments for these locations are only available remotely. This concierge service will allow you to begin the process of your application from the comfort of your home or office while speaking with an assigned agent from our company. After scheduling your virtual appointment, an agent from our office will call you on the date and time you chose. This call will take approximately 45min to an hour long. All 10 week virtual services have a $30 surcharge added to our company fee due to the length of the appointment. All 3-5 day virtual services have a $100 surcharge due to the length of the appointment. These fees will be collected at your appointment check out. Only one adult is required to attend this virtual appointment.

For first time passports: After attending your virtual appointment, you will be required to submit your documents at a Post Office (required by law). This appointment is scheduled within 1 to 3 days of your virtual appointment. Please remember to bring all documents your agent instructed you to have for Post Office appointment. At this facility an agent will charge you $35.  If you selected 10 weeks, the agent will send your documents to the Department of State directly. It takes a few days for the Department of State to receive your documents from this visit. Once received, your processing time begins. If you selected 3-5 days, the agent will return your documents to you in a sealed envelope. This envelope must be sent to us immediately by FEDEX only. Packets that are 2 days old will not be accepted. Once received in our office we will submit and return your passport to you via FedEx overnight delivery. Processing times can increase or decrease at a moments notice as it is controlled by the Department of State and not PassportWorld.

For Renewals (ADULTS ONLY): After attending your virtual appointment, you will need to send all required documents to us via FedEx. If you selected 6-12 weeks we will send your documents to the Department of State. It takes a few days for the Department of State to receive your documents. Once received, your processing time begins. If you selected 3-5 days we will submit your documents directly to the D.O.S. and once finished we will return your passport to you via FedEx overnight delivery. Processing times can increase or decrease at a moments notice as it is controlled by the Department of State and not PassportWorld.

For Self Service Renewals Only
If you prefer to complete your Passport Renewal without an In-office or Virtual appointment, you can follow the steps below and deliver your documents to us for processing. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30am - 2:00pm CST. 

You can renew your U.S. Passport if you can answer "YES" to ALL 5 statements below:
1. You have your passport in your possession to submit with your application.
2. Your passport is undamaged, in good condition, free of water damage, tears or binding separations.
3. Was issued when you were age 16 or older.
4. Was issued within the last 15 years.
5. Was issued in your current name or you can prove your name change with a court certified document.

If you answered YES to all the above you can continue with the below steps:

STEP 1: Complete our Service Order Form.
This form will take you to our Payment and Processing Speed Request form. Here you will be able to choose the processing speed that best meets your traveling needs. There is no need to print, simply click the green “save” button when you are done. If completing the form via a mobile device, the save button will be blue. This is an electronic form and we will receive it instantly. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your assigned SOF number.

Step 2 - Create, Print and Sign one (1) DS-82 Passport Application
Please leave the travel section blank on the DS-82. Once finished please print your form, sign in BLACK INK and DO NOT DATE YOUR FORM.

Step 3 – Prepare Your Government Fee Payment.
The Department of State REQUIRES a check or money order for their fee of $187.56 for the new passport book only (For a passport book and card it will be $217.56, and card only is $107.56). Please ensure that your check is made payable to: “U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE”. No other variation will be acceptable. Your check memo must state the applicants “FULL LEGAL name and Date Of Birth”.

Step 4 – Print and Sign your Letter of Authorization (Only needed for 3-5 day processing).
To receive your L.O.A., you must have completed a service order form (step 1). To receive your L.O.A, please send an email to Tshea@passportworld.com with the full legal name of the applicant (First, Middle, Last, Suffix) and their phone number. Once received, please print and sign it. Original signatures are required, no photocopies are accepted. 

Step 5 - Provide One (1) Recent passport photos (2”x 2”) and your Most Recent U.S. Passport(s).
Photos: Must be within 6 months and must be professionally made. Computer, snapshot, and homemade photos are not acceptable, and will be rejected by the U.S. Department of State. Photo Ready Requirements: No uniforms, no camouflage clothing, no glasses, neutral look, no head gear or hair accessories. Please don’t use the same photos as in your current passport book. Remember our office can take your pictures during your appointment if you choose to use the full service option.
Passport(s): Your previous Passport Book and/or Card (if expired must be within 5 years of expiration date) and must be undamaged (other than normal wear and tear). Passport Books with severe damage such as broken pages and water damage, etc., cannot be renewed. If you are changing your name, a certified divorce decree, widow certificate, court order, or marriage certificate (whichever applies) is required with your documents.

Step 6 – Provide Proof of Travel (Only needed for 3-5 day processing).
Submit an itinerary showing your travel plans or provide a letter explaining detailed travel plans; only if available.

Step 7 – Drop-off or FedEx your documents to our Main office.
Our office is located at 2002 Timberloch Place, Suite 200, The Woodlands, TX, 77380. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am - 2:00 pm.
